Description:

The dough like substance is called Dough Moulding Compound (DMC).

DMC/BMC is manufactured under special production formula and in the professional equipment by mixing the unsaturated polyester glass resin, fiber glass, fillings, pigment, and other chemical agents, etc.

6. Good fluidity,
7. Lower molding pressure and temperature,
8. Short molding time.

Applications:

DMC/BMC is the best molding material for complex, thin wall and big molding parts. The thermal grade is F.

Moulding process:

A measured amount of Dough Moulding Compound (DMC) is placed into the heated female mould, (the yoke). The heated male side of the mould (the plug) closes forcing the Dough Moulding Compound into the mould cavities.

The heat from the mould cures and hardens the compound.
