1) Dry Chopped Strands

Dry Chopped Strands are designed as reinforcement for thermoplastic and thermoset resins and are used in thermoplastic plastics and BMC/DMC. The main molding processes are injection and compression. The product is mainly used in the automobile industry, home appliances, valves, pump housings, chemical corrosion control and sports equipment.

Dry Chopped Strands can also be used for reinforcing cement with the main processes of pre-mixing and spraying. The product is widely used in GRC panels, insulation and sound absorption walls, sculpturing or other ornaments.

Packaging

• Dry Chopped Strands can be packed in carton boxes, composite plastic woven bags, wooden crates or bulk bags
• Bulk bags and wooden boxes can be hold 500kg-1000kg each
• Carton boxes and composite plastic woven bags can hold 15kg-25kg each.

2) Wet Chopped Strands

Wet Chopped Strands are mainly used to produce wet-formed fiberglass mats to enhance surface strength, smoothness and chemical resistance of end products. The product has numerous applications including water-proof roofing materials, GRP surface, facing materials, floor covering and battery separators.
