“DD Fiberglass” bullshit, don’t take much attentions.

Just a few thoughts passed in my mind, and I want to speak it out.

In the economic crisis, in the frozen market, Maybe many companies really got much damages in the crisis. But there are still some companies stand out and doing good. Than there is something that we may think about? Why he did that good? Why I am not?

Maybe there are many facts that affects our companies grow, the companies’ human resources, leader’s management, the products’ quality, the products’ prices, the companies’s services, etc.

For a person who wants to be good at his jobs, such as a sales man, I think two things is the key importance. Firstly is the knowledge about the product, secondly is the entire devotion in job.

Let’s take the fiberglass companies business for example. Many fiberglass companies closed or shutted down the production line. The main problem may be caused by economic crisis. But there are still many other things that we should make a progress to better our company. Following is something bad exist in Chinese Fiberglass industries.

1. No quanlity, just quantity;
2. No good management;
3. Bad service, without good services such as prompt reply to inquiries, sending samples on time as promised, etc.

By the way, winter season comes, the hand lay up FRP products may be less as the low tempreture affects the curing process too much, costing too much time. If we don’t find the problems and learn some new skills, may be it is time to close the business.
