This article is my seeing and my experience. You want to have long-term good business. You may take care of the following 4 things.
- Good services for your customers, services including many areas, your good and professional knowledge in fiberglass to give your customers’ advices and support your cumtomers’ needs, contact for your customers to give your companies news, prices changing, or something else useful to your customers, but you should not bothering your customers by contacting too ofter to selling your products.
- Quality, Maybe some companies got luck to sell some bad quanlity products with good prices, maybe they can have the same luck next time, even more times’ luck. But you really think that is luck? Always it is not. Because your customers will find out at last. Hereby I want to say that they are different (many different) grade quality fiberglass products, do be careful with making choices.
- Prices, of course the very important fact in business, you can’t ask too much profit as there are many companies, you have to compete with them. And never make mistakes on your prices, Do confirm it and then send it to your customers.
- Product, In here, I mean you need to confirm with your customers what exact product is they want. For example, one customer once asked for “Fiberglass cloth”, in our general opinions, we think it is a kind of 1m width, 50meters, 100 meters or some other lengths roll cloth. But obviously, the customer was not asking for that, he wanted a “cloth” that are for firefighters to wear. So don’t waste your time to send your customers the pictures, datas, etc to confirm the product is exact what your customer meaning to buy, otherwise you will waste much more time.
