Fiberglass filter mesh fabrics are woven by E-glass high twist yarn with finishing. Series products can be provided, Fiberglass filters having advanced technology and stable quality. They are widely used for filtration of molten aluminium in foundry of automobile wheel、motorcycle wheel、cylinder piston as well as aluminiumalloy parts. The fliter mesh fabrics are particularly effective to separate bubbles、nipashes、suspended oxides and other impurities from the molten aluminium so as to avoid other metal intermingled and ensure the quality of aluminium casting. Compared with other metal filter, fiberglass mesh filters possess same characteristics of high temperature resistance and stable meshes. In addition, they will help to utilize the waste material (netting pieces float on the surface of molten aluminium). Fiberglass filter mesh fabrics are excellent filtration materials for foundry.
