Introduction:

This cloth is manufactured in black or yellow color with smooth surface. The dust is easy to be stripped. It is resistant to high temperature and can be used at 280 for long time.Owing to its corrosion-resistant, good filtering property, high efficient dusting, it is mainly used in carbon black,iron-smelting, cement, ceramic and power generation industry.

Widely used in liquid and solid separation, gas filtration and dust collection etc. We are especially good at weaving fabric in particular density and thickness.

Application:

Municipal and Industrial Waste Treatment, chemical industries, Petrochemicals ,Mining ,Pharmaceuticals , Food and Beverage Processing, belt press, water purification, brewage, etc.

Excerpt for fiberglass filtering fabrics, there are also other materials filtering fabrics. The main industrial weave we made include monofilament, multi-filament, staple fiber, which are come from PET, PP, PV, PA, PVA, etc. The Materials (Fiber): Polyester (PET), Polypropylene (PP), Polyamide (PA)/ Nylon, Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA)

  • For fiberglass filtering fabrics, both E-glass and C-glass are available;
  • Thickness: 0.30, 0.32, 0.50, 0.55mm;
  • Weight: 310, 380, 570, 580g/m2;
  • Width: 500-1000mm.

Fiberglass filter fabrics are the optimum solution for environments with operating temperatures between 300º and 550º F. Filter fabric is used for reverse air/shake deflate cleaning or pulse jet cleaning.

Another fiberglass filtering fabric spec

Both warp and weft yarn of the fabrics is texturized yarn of glass fiber. There are many saperior capability of high strength, low density, better insulation and other. It’s may used for pipe and tube insulation cladding in heating and cooling processes, fire blankets, other insulation covers, insulation of equipment on ships and the like.
