Introduction:

Fiberglass roving is glassy state fiber, fiberglass roving has good breaking strength and fiberglass roving is widely used as reinforced materials in many areas.

Production Process:

Fiberglass roving use different ores with different percentages as raw materials to produce different fiberglass roving specs. First step, blending the ores. Secondly, melting the ores furnace tank, and wire drawing at last, and now we have virgin fiberglass filaments. Fiberglass roving can be further processing for our different usages. All rovings must be size coated ( we have many size specs ).

3. According to size type,
   • Soft type fiberglass roving (W series): W series is mainly used for winding, pultrusion, texturizing process, and used for thermoplastics.
   • Hard type fiberglass roving (C series): C series fiberglass roving is mainly used for SMC (sheet moulding compound), CSM (chopped strand mat), Gypsum, Panel, and used for spray up process, centrifugal casting process.
