PTFE (Teflon) Fiberglass Cloth Introduction:
Using good fiberglass as the weaving material to plain knit or specially knit into superior fiberglass basic cloth, and coated them with excellent non-adhesive teflon resin (PTFE) , then make them into various of teflon high temperature resistance cloth in different thickness and widths. Thickness from 0.08mm to 1.0mm.
Features:
- temperature resistance (-70℃-260℃).
- weather ability: resistance to ozone, oxygen, sunlight.
- smooth surface, low coefficient of friction.
- insulating ability, electric insulator dielectric constant 3-3.2, break down voltage between 20-50, tangent of dielectric wearing angle below 0.0025.
- non-stick, excellent adhesive resistant, easily to clear adhesives on the surface, especially being processed with special surface treatment, which makes the fabric unstuck the material is free from any adhesive phenomena, it is very easy to remove most adhesive matters. such as paste, resin, eliminate dope.
- mechanical property: it is no distortion and no shortage of the roll after bearing 200kg/cm* a compression load, good size stability, the change of the length is below 5%. low friction coefficient and excellent weather resistance ability.
- chemical resistance, impervious to virtually all chemical attack, including acids, solvent, fuels etc.
- anti-aging, long using life up to 10 years.
Applications:
Microwave drying, food drying, electric insulation, plastic seaming, high temperature sealing, non stick liners, PVC carpet belt etc.
