Perma-Pipe announced it has been awarded a contract for a district heating and cooling network for a healthcare infrastructure project in Eastern Canada valued at over $4.5 million. The project will utilize Perma-Pipe’s premier engineered Multi-Therm® high temperature pre-insulated pipe system. The Multi-Therm® system consists of a galvanized and insulated steel carrier pipe enclosed by an outer insulated steel pipe protected by a fiberglass reinforced outer jacket.

The Board of Directors of Sinoma Science & Technology passed the "Proposal on the Construction of a New Generation High Modulus and High Strength Glass Fiber Production Line with an Annual Capacity of 90,000 Tons by Taishan Fiberglass", Taishan will invest RMB 964.5011 million in the construction of #9 production line with an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of new generation high modulus and high strength THM glass fiber production lines in Tai'an City, Shandong Province, to meet the new demand for glass fiber elastic modulus and tensile strength in the fields of high power wind power blades and offshore wind power.
